WHAT IS IT?

This series of classes is designed to help enhance physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being by creating a space where the yoga student can stretch out the tensions in the muscles, relax the mind, and let go.

The class begins with a gradual warmup, then moves on to Sun salutation, forward and backward bends, back strengthening and weight bearing poses, twist, brief meditation and final resting pose.

Develop strength, flexibility, improve coordination and increase cardiovascular efficiency with peaceful yoga practices. This safe approach for integrating mind/body patterns helps to balance life’s energies and promote personal and spiritual wellbeing.

For Whom: Beginner to intermediate yoga students.

Dates: Feb. 4, 11, 18 & 25, 2015.
Where: Oakville Naturopathic Wellness Centre,
#22-2172 Wyecroft Road, Oakville, ON.
Series Fee: Four-week series for $68 or $20 per drop in (includes HST).
Comments: Wear comfortable clothing, bring a small blanket, have an empty stomach and come with an open mind. Yoga mats will be provided or bring your own. Approximately 55 minutes of postures followed by 10-15 minutes of breathing, silent meditation and a final resting pose.

TEACHER

A degree in Psychology and a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Development combined with many certificates in the natural healing arts including Yoga and Reflexology qualify Danielle Gault as a health and human resources development specialist. Trained in eastern and western psychology, Danielle sees people as a whole system and uses many approaches for raising awareness for dealing consciously with personal and professional issues. Her Yoga certificates are held with the Yoga Centre Toronto, Ananda Ashram in NY and the Yoga Network of Canada (formerly FOYT, the Federation of Ontario Yoga Teachers).
